"Thank you for your patience, we have been working with corporate to get this cancelled but because you wrote the homeowners in another office and they didn’t do it as a rewrite of your renters is the reason for the delay. We just wanted you to have continual insurance with no gaps. We are working on getting your $9 a month renters policy refund to you as quickly as possible."
